Typing Tutor 12 Deluxe

Learn to type better and faster with this CD that makes typing fun with book excerpts and 8 fun games. This CD is perfect for all ages and all skill levels. First you identify your level, from beginner to touch typist. The program will create lessons based on your individual needs. Beginning typist start with the home row. Finger placement is explained and shown on screen while you are typing. As you master the home row, lessons progress, adding additional keys. Students can track their speed and accuracy with easy to read graphs. Advanced typist and take a practice test to asses their skills. Typing Tutor will then evaluate strengths and weaknesses and create personalized lessons using words and sentences that contain the letters you need to practice. Students can sharpen skills in 3 different modes, QWERTY, Dvorak and 10-key. Lessons include letters, numbers, punctuation and symbols. In addition to the lessons there are 8 games designed to improve speed and accuracy and make practice fun, There are also entertaining excerpts from over 100 well-known book including best-sellers, classics, fiction and non-fiction.
