• [Diamond Grinding Wheel] - Diamond Grinding Wheel: The hand edger is equipped with a sturdy and durable diamond grinding wheel that operates at a speed of 5500-6000r/min. The wheel has a width of 35mm, providing a coarse grinding on the right side of 16mm (180#) and a fine grinding on the left side of 19mm (280#). It also features a V-shaped beveling groove for edge refinement.
• [Detachable Water Tanks] - The manual lens edger comes with two detachable water tanks, making it easy to replace water as needed. The upper tank features a brass water valve for controlling the water flow, while the lower tank connects to a drainage pipe for wastewater disposal.
• [Copper Water Valve] - The water flow is controlled by the brass water valve mounted in the upper tank. Brass is known for its excellent corrosion resistance and long lifespan.
• [Dual Stand and Splash Guard] - The dual stand design enhances machine stability, preventing wobbling during operation. The splash guard, combined with a small sponge, minimizes water splashing while in use. Please be cautious not to remove the sponge pad situated between the grinding wheel and the splash guard.
• [Application] - The manual lens edger is utilized for grinding, shaping, and processing eyeglass lenses made from common materials such as resin, glass, and PC (polycarbonate).
