- Ultra 7: Extreme has the same rules as Ultra 7, but it contains new "special" cards that add additional challenges to your gameplay. It also contains a new accessory - the Grab Bag. When a GRAB BAG card is played, all players must reach into the Grab Bag and draw a token. Any players who draw tokens of the same color must trade hands or seats.
- Ultra 7: Extreme may be played by itself, as a standalone game, or it may be combined with Ultra 7 or Ultra 7: To Go as an expansion. Twice the cards, twice the fun! Easy to learn and may be played by 3-5 players, ages 7 and up. Average playing time is 15-30 minutes. Contains 108 cards, 4 spoons, 1 Grab Bag, 8 tokens, and a full-color instruction sheet.
