- Adjust to fit adults and children by easily extending two calibrated hiking pole sections to a total hiking pole length of 65-135 cm
- Quick-lock levers secure the hiking pole sections to the desired length
- Come with FOUR easily changeable tips for hard and soft surfaces. (rubber walking tip, fitness tip, two basket attachments for soft surfaces)
