Description
- The Board and pegs are made using natural pine wood. The treated board is flat and smooth, retaining the original wood texture. All pegs are easy to grasp and can be inserted and removed from the board with ease.
- A circular storage compartment is incorporated in the board that can store all 9 wooden pegs. After a practice session, the pegs can be stored in the compartment and the board can be locked to securely hold the pegs and prevent loss.
- Clinical assessment standard (9-HPT) — Designed to be used with the Nine-Hole Peg Test, a widely used clinical measure of manual dexterity for OT, neurology and research.
- Fine motor peg board is ideal for stroke rehab, Parkinson’s, hand therapy and clinical screenings; offers a standardized baseline assessment before training. Also is one of the important tools for physical therapists, occupational therapists and certified hand therapists. For accurate assessment, a timer is essential when performing tests.
- The Exercise Board is very durable and will provide long service life from regular use. All parts can be cleaned with common disinfectants. After cleaning, the board must be dried and kept in a cool place to prevent mildew.
