✿ HOW TO WEAR
Package included one abdominal belt. With three compression pads - for different treatment periods.
a. Find out the abdominal belt and stick the large oval pad on it.
b. Baby lie flatly, then knead the umbilical hernia gently, making it back into the abdominal cavity.
c. Align the hernia pad with the navel area.
d. Wear the hernia belt, adjust and stick the velcro.
