- Panel is not completely finished and, Further sanding and finishing will be required.Seal butcher block within 24 hours of removing plastic, needs 2 additional coats, on all surfaces, of a clear natural wood oil, such as mineral oil or hardwax wood oil, to seal it against surface water damage， to prevent it from drying out due to changes in relative humidity and prevent warping and cracking
