Those studying Chinese, learning traditional characters, and desiring a Chinese-to-English dictionary have probably found that the built-in Kindle dictionary doesn’t contain traditional forms. You will find in this a rudimentary Chinese-English dictionary. For those learning Cantonese, this dictionary also contains many characters specific to the Cantonese dialect.
Limitations of this Dictionary ・No support for iOS or Android: This dictionary can be set as the default dictionary for Kindle devices sold by Amazon under the "settings" menu item. As of this writing, the Kindle iOS or Android apps do not support custom dictionaries, although some people have been able to achieve a workaround, and posted their methods online. ・No phrases. Since this is a character dictionary, it does not include definitions for phrases of two or more characters.
