Simply clamp tool onto slide, twist the bolt using the included Allen key, and the pusher block easily and safely pushes the sight out of the dovetail. Installation is just as easy! Bolt pushing system allows for fine positioning of the sight the first time and makes alignment a breeze. **Please note, if your pistol has a safety located on the slide next to the rear sight, safety will have to be removed to allow tool to properly clamp onto slide. If your sights are fixed to the slide or screwed in this tool will not work. Please check manufacturer specifications to make sure you can remove your sight. Tool works with dovetail sights that are not fixed.**
