This forged granton edge carving knife is made of high-carbon stainless steel with molybdenum vanadium. The handle of the knife is made from durable, slip-resistant POM and has a contoured shape to better fit your hand. Hand-honed knife has rounded blade tip with granton edge. Measures 17-1/2-inch overall length 12-inch blade length by 1-1/2-inch width.
