Size-up before buying: Sizing is easy. Wrap around your arm using a tape measure, it should fit snugly without digging into your skin. Your measurement will be at the place on the tape where the zero end meets the slack end of the tape measure. Updated with 6 sizes for different needs.
Clean: Washing machine safe and air dry is recommended. Tips: The band might shrink half-one size down if you wash it with warm water.
