Actually it will fit most devices from 4-12 inch. However, when holding a heavy tablet larger than 8 inch,
loop the gooseneck into a circle shape or bend it into "S" shape which could provide much more stability.

Answer: If the handlebar of the wheelchair is flat then it would fit.

Question 3: Does the clamp part for the table screw down or is it spring loaded?
Answer: It screws down pretty tightly.

Question 4: Does it vibrate after touching it I need to write on my iPad?
Answer: It does bounce, depending on how you adjusted your stand. If you keep the pole looped it provides more stability.
However, I found that if you place a hand underneath your device while you're touching it, it won't bounce and will still be fine.

Using Tips:
When holding a heavy tablet larger than 8 inch, loop the gooseneck into a circle shape or bend it into "S" shape which could provide much more stability.
Move the support tube to a suitable position for more support force.

Difference:
*Stiffened gooseneck. Stronger support force for heavy tablets larger than 8 inch.
*Reinforced and thickened base. Won't break easily.
*A little support tube is added onto the gooseneck which is movable and it would provide some more support force to enhance the stability.
