  • Each wood lathe chisel measures approximately 10.4 inches in length, including the brass ferrules, with 4.1 inch high-speed steel blades. These blades surpass the longevity of high carbon steel, guaranteeing years of reliable use. The 6.3 inch treated beech wood handle, both durable and comfortable to grip, enhances the overall user experience.
  • The wood turning chisel set is crafted from top-tier 6542 high-speed steel ( called M42 HSS too, This grade has higher carbon and vanadium levels compared to M2 / 4241 , though lower than M4), providing the blades with the ability to maintain hardness even at temperatures ranging from 450 to 500 degrees Celsius. Thanks to this exceptional durability, these tools offer prolonged and efficient turning operations, requiring re-sharpening only after extended usage.
  • A conveniently sized wooden case tailored for easy storage and transport, featuring wooden rack and high-density sponge foam to safeguard woodturning chisel sets from potential damage. The case dimensions measure 11" x 7.3" x 1.55".
