- Adaptable for Various Workpiece Sizes: Equipped with a 9.84-inch large PU roller, the roller gap can be easily adjusted to accommodate different workpiece sizes. The inner holes are suitable for workpieces with an outer diameter (O.D.) of 25-800mm, while the outer holes are ideal for those with an O.D. of 600-1400mm.
- Robust and Durable Construction: Built with rugged carbon steel, the welding turning roll is designed for high load capacity and long-term use. The high-quality, wear-resistant PU rollers provide greater friction and stable support for workpieces. Additionally, the unit includes a welding torch stand to secure the welding gun in place.
- 2 Control Modes, Easy to Operate: The rotary turning rolls comes with a manual control box and a foot switch: 1. Select the auto mode, then the rollers will keep rotating at the set speed; 2. Select the foot mode, through the foot switch, the rollers can rotate in a small range, so that the workpiece can move slightly or fine-tune.
