  • OIL TOLERANT FORMULA FOR TOUGH JOBS: specifically engineered to cure effectively even on metal surfaces with minor oil or contaminant residue. Ideal for MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) environments where thorough cleaning of parts is difficult or impossible
  • HIGH STRENGTH RETAINING POWER: Designed to bond cylindrical fitting parts, such as securing bearings, bushings, gears, and pulleys onto shafts. It augments or replaces press fits, preventing loosening, leakage, and corrosion due to shock and vibration
  • PRECISION GAP FILLING: With low viscosity, this compound penetrates tight clearances and fills gaps up to 0.13mm (0.005 inches). It solidifies into a tough plastic shim, ensuring 100% surface-to-surface contact and restoring fit to worn assemblies
  • INDUSTRIAL GRADE PERFORMANCE: Resists temperatures up to 300°F (150°C) and provides high shear strength. Once cured, it creates a robust seal that protects against moisture and prevents fretting corrosion between metal surfaces
  • ANAEROBIC CURING MECHANISM: Please Note: This adhesive only cures in the absence of air and the presence of metal ions. The liquid in the bottle will remain liquid to maintain shelf life (bottle contains air). For disassembly, localized heat (approx. 250°C) and hand tools are required
