Mode 3: Strobes between Block 1 and Block 2 increasing speed then flashes all lights.
Mode 4: Strobes all lights
Mode 5: Strobes inner half of Block 1 and Block 2-> then strobes out half of Block 1 and Block 2 -> then scans to the middle-> then scans to the outside from the middle.
Mode 6: scans left to right several times then flashes all lights
