  • Yellow Vulcan webbing - The heavy duty 2'' tie down webbing is cut and UV resistant. Each strap features two ratchet buckles with 3/8'' x 12'' chain anchors for extra strength and a secure connection to D rings, side rails, grab hooks or stake pockets.
  • Easy to use - The basket style harness fits snugly around the tire, and fits almost any wheel on a car, SUV, or light truck. The circumference of the basket strap is 68" - please measure around your tire to make sure the strap will fit properly.
