Maxine was created by cartoonist John Wagner in 1986 as a new character line for the Shoebox Greetings card division. She has been featured on everything from cards and mugs, to note pads and magnets. This Maxine Recycled Tote is strong (made of 25-percent recycled materials) and water resistant.
