High-quality, "build-your-own" kit suitable for building multiple throttle cables for generally any motorcycle application.

The wires will need to be cut to length and the required nipples soldered into place.

PLEASE NOTE: We strongly discourage the use of a propane type torch to heat and flow solder into the wire. This is likely to overheat the wire, causing it to become brittle and break. We recommend immersing the wire ends in a molten solder bath, such as that in a solder pot.

The ferrules and adjusters are a snug fit. They may be bonded into place if preferred, or you can use a center punch to make a small indention in the side.

5 meters (15 feet) of Teflon lined 7mm OD black PVC coated, spiral wound conduit

5 meters (15 feet) of 2mm OD galvanized steel wire (1 x 19 strand)

5 ferrules, 8mm OD nose

5 ferrules, 6.5mm OD nose

5 ferrules, 7mm OD nose

1 mid-adjuster, 6mm x 1.25 x 32mm

5 brass barrel nipples, 8mm DIA x 9mm

5 brass barrel nipples, 6mm OD x 10mm

10 brass trumpet nipples, 6mm big end, 3.5mm small end, 9.5mm long, 2.5mm ID
