Versachem 99839 Mega Black OEM Silicone - 3 oz.
- High performance, high temperature, silicone gasket maker; resists oil, water, and antifreeze mixtures
- Sensor safe, low odor, noncorrosive; maintains long term durability and flexibility to make formed-in-place gaskets
- Will not harden, shrink or crack; O.E.M. specified
- Temperature Range: -100°F to 650°F (-73°C to 343°C)
- Suggested Applications: Use on all engines; make gaskets for valve covers, oil pans, intake manifold end seals, water pumps, transmission pans, cam covers, and thermostat housings
Versachem Mega Black Silicone is a high performance, moisture curing gasketing material that cures into a strong, silicone rubber to make formed-in-place gaskets. Maintains long term durability and flexibility, and will not harden, shrink or crack. Forms a tough, flexible silicone rubber gasket that resists aging and weathering. Works best on silicone, cork, felt and rubber gaskets. This black, waterproof, low odor formula is non-corrosive to steel, iron and aluminum, oxygen sensor safe, low volatile, non-toxic, non-flammable and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) approved. Tensile strength of 240 PSI, and temperature range of -65F to 400F (continuous); -65F to 650F (intermittent).
