Description

  • AIR BLEEDING: Loosen the return valve by half a turn. Lower the jack to its lowest position and tighten the return valve. Then lay the jack flat with the oil plug facing upward. Use a screwdriver or other tool to pry open a small gap to allow air to escape. Avoid prying too wide, as oil may spray out.
  • OIL REFILLING: Loosen the return valve by half a turn. Lower the jack to its lowest position and tighten the return valve. Then lay the jack flat with the oil plug opening facing upward. Use a screwdriver or other tool to pry open the plug slightly to allow hydraulic oil to flow in (Refill volume: When upright, the oil level should just meet the top of the oil plug).
