  • 12 V, 24 V, OR MIXED SYSTEMS: The XS 1400 can handle 12 V and 24 V systems or mixed-voltage setups, converting 12 V to 24 V or vice versa. It works with every alternator type and all lithium, LiFePO₄, lead-acid, AGM, and gel batteries. The power supply mode protects sensitive electronics from voltage fluctuations.
  • KEEPS BATTERIES FULL AND HEALTHY: A smart, 4-stage algorithm adapts to the battery’s discharge level, optimizing the charging process and battery lifespan. Engine running detection prevents starter battery drain.
  • WORKS WITH ANY ALTERNATOR: The Orion XS DC to DC battery charger presents a controlled load so modern Euro 5/6 alternators keep charging the house battery once the starter battery is full. With conventional alternators, it protects against overload for safe lithium battery charging.
  • LOCAL & REMOTE MONITORING: Monitor the charging status and performance history via Bluetooth with the VictronConnect app. Add a Victron communication center to access full VRM remote management and Victron ecosystem capabilities.
