Viva Kenton

The follow-up album to the 1956 released Cuban Fire, Viva Kenton was Stan Kenton's second album containing all Latin material. Largely written by Gene Roland, the album featured Stan's own 18 piece orchestra and an additional percussion quartet. Originally released in 1959, the album was subsequently reissued on Kenton's own Creative World label.
