Wear the smart wristband on the wrist at 2CM inside the ulna joint.Cling the heart rate sensor to skin with good contact while measuring heart rate. If the wearing is loose, exposure of sensor light ray will make the measured data inaccurate.Though the product is real-time dynamic heart rate detection, please keep your body stationary in detection for quiet measurement, otherwise the heart rate measuring time will be delayed or data measurement fails. Movement can't be started until the wristband measures data so that real-time dynamic heart rate data can be viewed.This product is real-time dynamic heart rate measurement, so the values in speaking, eating, drinking etc. will vary.In measurement, make sure that the heart rate sensor bottom is free of smudge because skin color, hair thickness, tattoo, scar might affect the detection results.
