This convenient kit contains Three 2.5 x 9.75 inch granular activated carbon replacement water filter cartridges and one o ring. The KW2510GAC filter cartridge reduces chlorine and other contaminants that effect water taste and odor. The universal dimension of 2.5 x9.75 inch insures that this cartridge is compatible with such filter manufacturers as Culligan, Cuno, Ametek and most others. This cartridge dimension is ideally suited for point of use applications. The cartridge should be changed every 3 to 6 months or upon substantial flow rate reduction. The cartridge is also an alternative replacement for WGAC-975, GAC-10, GAC10N and Hydronix HDG-P117. The oring is constructed of Buna nitrile rubber which is the preferred material recognized for its superior characteristics. This o ring is a compatible replacement for Whirlpool WHKF-C8.
