Because the watch itself needs 2G network. If you use the watch at U.S, then just "Speedtalk" Sim Card can be used as watch sim card. You can order the SIM card from speedtalkmobile official website, recommend choose "Kids plan" or "GPS Tracker plan" start at $5/monthly, it includes 100minute call and 100 MB Data and 100 Texts.

No limit for parent cellphone services, att or other carriers will be ok. But for the watch sim card itself, the watch just can use Speedtalk service.

How to setup:
1. Activate the watch sim card , be sure the sim is activated with Voice,Text and Data plan, no PIN code;
