NOTE
1. The Toggle of Mute Switch inside the case is a little short but should work though may take some effort for trying, it's not broken, pls follow the Video Instruction "Merit Waterproof Case for iPhone 5S/5 Installation Instruction" posted by MeritOfficial on YouTube;
2. All waterproof cases meet the same problem of Sound Quality when Taking/Making Calls for the phone is completely sealed in the case, Pls try Hand-free "Speaker" or use Headset/Headphone, the Voice/Sound would be better;
3. The Charging Port and Headphone Jack Port Share the Same Rubber on the bottom, but these ports should be open SEPERATELY from each side, Do NOT Pull the Whole Rubber off.
4. Not compatible with 30-pin to Lightning Adapters or the majority of non-Apple branded USB to Lightning cables; Please use Apple Brand Lighting to USB Cable or MFi Cable with narrow connector for charging
5. Please do water test with a tissue paper, do test according to the Manual and backup your data regularly.
6. Only when the mute button of the phone plug into the slot of mute button of the case during the installation. The mute button can be used properly. Besides,please don't attach additional Glass Screen Protector on the phone.
