Durable D-Ring cuff fits arms 15.7 to 21.2 inches in circumference. Welch Allyn offers the largest cuff range on the market enabling clinical precision regardless of arm size. Before you purchase a home blood pressure monitor, it’s important to determine the correct cuff size for the most accurate blood pressure measurement. To do so, use a cloth tape measure and place it on your upper arm (between your elbow and your shoulder). Evenly wrap the tape around the circumference of your upper arm. The tape should be secure—not too loose, but not too tight.
