- High-strength, moisture-resistant cure – When mixed at the proper ratio with one of four WEST SYSTEM epoxy hardeners, this structural epoxy resin cures at a wide range of temperatures to a high-strength solid that is functionally waterproof and highly resistant to moisture vapor.
- Highly adaptable epoxy resin system – WEST SYSTEM 105 epoxy resin can be modified with other Made in the USA WEST SYSTEM fillers, additives, and pigments to create pigmented coatings, high-strength joints, fairing compounds, or low-friction surfaces to suit marine epoxy and general repair applications.
- Performance with 205 or 206 Hardeners – Combined with WEST SYSTEM 205 Fast Hardener or 206 Slow Hardener at a 5-parts resin to 1-part hardener ratio, WEST SYSTEM epoxy 105 delivers excellent structural bonding and easily wets out fiberglass and other porous substrates.
- Specialized results with 207 or 209 Hardeners – Mixed with 207 Extra Clear Hardener at a 3-to-1 ratio, WEST SYSTEM 105 epoxy resin produces a blush-free, exceptionally clear finish for fiberglass cloth and coating work. With 209 Extra Slow Hardener at a 3-to-1 ratio, it provides extended working time for warm or humid conditions.

A clear, pale yellow, low-viscosity resin, 105 forms a high-strength solid with excellent moisture resistance, and is designed specifically for wood fiber, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals.
