The Whatman 6900-2502 GD/X 25 sterile syringe filters have a 25mm filter, 0.2 micron retention, and a PVDF membrane. The filter is appropriate for use with highly particular-loaded samples greater than 10mL. The polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) membrane has good chemical resistance to common HPLC solvents, has low protein binding, and negligible extractables. PVDF is less hydrophobic and has lower water breakthrough values than PTFE. Pack of 50.
