When It's All Over... was originally released in 2001 and was the follow-up to their 1998 debut full length, Songs For Polarbears. Led by guitarist/vocalist and songwriter Gary Lightbody, Snow Patrol had all the right pieces in place by the time they released their debut album but it took a few years for the rest of the world to catch on.
