Whiteside Router Bits 6050 Window Sash Bit with 1-3/8-Inch Cutting Diameter and 7/8 to 1-5/8-Inch Cutting Length
- TOOL SPECS: Carbide-tipped window sash bit with 1-3/8" cutting diameter, 7/8" - 1-5/8" cutting length, 1/2" shank, and 3-5/8" overall length for use with 1/2" collets.
- WINDOW SASH: This is the only bit needed to make a complete window sash. Standard assemble allows for stile and rail cuts while the converted assembly makes the mating end cut.
- CONVERTING THE BIT: Easily convert for end cuts by swapping the straight cutter for the included spacer. The spacer can be installed between the profile cutter and shank for additional reach.
- WINDOW PANES: Shallow profile and rabbeted back design, for inserting or replacing window panes with ease.
- BEARING GUIDE: The bearing guide controls the pattern depth and also allows you to make arched or curved windows and glass doors.
