Wilson Men's D300 HybridImproved Efficiency For Enhanced PlayabilityIn an effort to get improved performance out of its new D300 hybrids, Wilson focused a great deal of attention on aerodynamics and creating a more efficient head design. From an aerodynamic standpoint, Micro Vortex Generators used on the crown of the D300 hybrids reduce air drag for enhanced distance. Additionally, based on the loft of the model, the head volume and face curvature changes to either deliver greater distance and forgiveness or more control and accuracy. Also of note, a Carpenter Custom 455 Face Insert has been utilized in the design to create a thinner clubface that delivers higher ball speeds. The Wilson D300 hybrids have a swing weight of D1 and come in lofts of 17, 19, 22, 25, 28, and 31 degrees, with the 17-, 28-, and 31-degree models available for right-handed players only.
