- This excellent truffle paste is created from the selection of top quality truffles that are prepared directly after being picked, to preserve their quality.
- Squeeze truffle cream onto pasta, risotto, broth. It also pairs well in any dish that calls for meat or eggs.
- As a tip, you can mix it with double the amount of butter to prepare delicious tartlets, toasted bread sandwiches, sauces, and canapés. It consists of 90% finely ground black truffles.
- Peanut oil and salt are added to preserve it. No additional chemical aromas are used in the paste's creation! Best if used before 4 years. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
