FAQ:
Q1: Why does it not charge the iPhone X accidentally?
A: Please make sure to use the original specialized USB cable, and use an 9V / 2A wall adapter when fast charging, otherwise, it will not charge at all or charge slowly, we don't recommend using the 5V/1A iPhone charger to charge the wireless charger, the 5V/1A adapter may not provide sufficient voltage to the wireless charger.

Q2:Why is the charger heating up when charging?
A:It is normal for the receiving coil or plate to heat up during the wireless charging process. We use a zinc alloy for better heat dissipation.

Q3: Why does it charge phone slowly? A: First, please make sure that the phone is properly aligned with the center of the charging pad.Then please use the original specialized USB cable (included) and QC 2.0 or QC 3.0 AC adapter (not included) for fast charge mode.

Q4: Will it charge through a thick or rubber phone case?
A: The LITSPED Wireless Charger is compatible with most phone cases. However, phone cases thicker than 4mm (such as OtterBox) may affect the wireless charging. Using the 9V2A adapter is recommended.

Charging time tested at 71.6 °F - may vary as temperature increases.
Standard 5W charging for non-fast charge devices.
Non-Qi enabled phones will need a Qi receiver to power up.
Does not charge through metal cases or cases thicker than 5 mm.
