1. The wireless security camera only works for 2.4Ghz network, not support 5Ghz network,

When you Can not connect to Wifi .
1. Somethings, your wifi route will mask the signal, so you could use other mobile's personal hotspot to connect,
test whether can be work normally for the camera .
2. Router Settings Note for Router if camera cannot be paired to router :
Open Internet Browser,key in 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 or as per router indication. Ensure you are using WPA,
WPA with AES encrpytion and not TKIP. Ensure DHCP setting is turn on and set your wifi password with only
alphabets & numeric only.
When pairing router, please ensure your mobile is on 2.4Ghz wifi signal and not 5Ghz.
You can use 5Ghz wifi signalafter you have paired camera to router. When pairing camera to router,
please conduct the pairing at a close distance to the router. Please also switch on your mobile sound as
Smart Wifi Pairing uses also soundwave.
