Not every ingredient can accurately be measured by volume, making the digital spoon scale a must-have for any kitchen.
Very simple to operate, it only has 3 buttons.
MODE: toggle between units: grams (g), ounces (oz), grains (gn) and carats (ct).
TARE: zero the scale.
HOLD: when the spoon reaches a stable measurement, it'll hold that value. Press HOLD to un-hold, or to manually HOLD a value.
The small and medium spoons measure accurately within 0.1g, and in 0.1g increments. The large spoon is accurate within 1g and has a maximum weight capacity of 500g.
