The XMark Universal Leg Curl Attachment XM-7455 features multiple height adjustments and vinyl covered 4" roller pads. With a full range of motion, lying leg curls and seated leg extensions develop hamstring and quad muscles crucial to balance, speed and coordination. Designed for repeated, long term use, the leg attachment boasts a 400 lb. plate weight capacity for use with Olympic or standard plate weights. The XM-7455 will fit any standard weight bench having a 2" x 2" receiver that pins side to side. Fits perfectly with XMark Products XM-7471, XM-7472, XM-7603, and XM-7604.
