Working with the Tile Leveling System 1/8" Kit

How to install:

1. Apply a proper amount of cement glue

2. Place tile spacer according to the size of tile

3. Square tile and tap it with a rubber hammer

4. Insert tile wedges

5. Adjust pliers screws to determine pushing distance (to ensure that each wedge is pushed at the same distance then ensure the same level of tile)

6. Push tile wedge with pliers

7. Clean the gap between cement

8. One tile suggests use four tile spacers

9. After 24 hours, kick out it, or tap side of the rubber hammer

 Tips:

1. Do not apply too thick cement prevent clips will sink too deep, causing tile wedges can't be inserted and difficult to disassemble.

2. Do not use excessive force when installing tile spacers with tile pliers, which may cause the spacer base break easily.

3. The tile spacer is disposable (warm reminder: although we check each one before leaving the factory, there is a possibility that some damage will occur during transportation), so please purchase sufficient quantity to ensure construction going well.
