  • Electrostatic Discharge Protection – Formulated with high-flow ABS and CNTs, it ensures consistent surface resistance of 10⁶-10⁹ Ω, preventing damage to electronic components and reducing the risk of static discharge.
  • High Mechanical Strength – Retains the durability and impact resistance of standard ABS while offering enhanced ESD properties. Stronger and more resilient than PLA.
  • Industrial Applications – Designed for anti-static trays, electronic enclosures, and shielding components, ABS-ESD provides reliable performance in electronics manufacturing, industrial tooling, and consumer electronics.
  • Optimized Printing Performance – Recommended printing temperature 220-260°C, bed temperature 80-100°C. Compatible with most 1.75mm FDM 3D printers, with ±0.04mm dimensional accuracy ensuring stable prints.
  • Moisture-Proof Packaging – Fully dried before vacuum-sealed in aluminum foil packaging to protect against moisture. For best results, dry before use, store in a sealed dry box, and use an enclosed printer when possible.
