- The concept of these devices is that they split rocks by applying pressure from the inside going out. These wedges are small but can exert an amazing amount of power.
- High-quality steel, heat treatment process, High hardness, toughness.
- Attention: Only drill to the depth of the feathers (shims). Any deeper may lead to inconsistent cleaving or difficultly even cleaving the rock. If the holes are too deep the best you can expect is a crooked, uneven break. All feathers and wedges work best when the holes for each are evenly spaced and drilled to the same depth. This will give you the cleanest, most precise break.
How to use
1 Central wedge + 2 wedges composition,
2. First using quarrying dedicated drill holes, remove residual powder of hole
3. Next upside down the big side of 2 wedges (flat to flat),and put it into hole.
4. Then upside down the small side of central wedge between 2 wedges , and finally using the hammer split stone
