Product Description

Fits many style yokes or flanges, axles or transfer cases. Used to hold the yoke in place while applying torque on the nut/pinion nut and for setting bearing pre-load. Perfect for loosening stubborn pinion nuts or for high torque applications such as a crush sleeve that requires 250 ft. lbs.
Use a 1/2” breaker bar or a 3/4” black pipe (available at any hardware store) for leverage
Hole is over 2” and fits most sockets. Use a breaker bar to loosen or a torque wrench to tighten retaining nut to spec.
For higher torque applications use a grade 8 bolt with a shoulder so the threads arent taking the load.
