CORRECT MEASUREMENT METHODS
1. Before measurement, take a deep breath three or four times, recover to the normal breath, relax your shoulders and arms. Make sure your body relaxed.
2. Position the blood pressure monitor on your left wrist with LCD screen facing you.
3. Comfortably secure the cuff with the velcro strap.
4. Keep 1 cm distance between the edge of the cuff and your hand.
5. Press the ON/OFF button to measure, stay relaxed and do not talk anymore.
ATTENTION
During measurement, the middle of the wrist cuff should be the same height with the heart, The body and your wrist can not move, We recommend that you put a soft cushion under the elbow.
