We've customized our popular travel poles for walkers that are 5 feet 4 or shorter. This 2 piece pole folds up to just 15 inches and adjusts from 33 to 43 in. In height (85 to 110 cm) includes their own carrying case. These poles use trekking/hiking grips and are meant for variable terrain. They weigh just 7 oz each (8 oz with the rubber feet); br/and GT; the contoured foam supports hand, soft fleece lined comfort strap offers wrist support, and thicker style grip offers Relief to those with arthritis and other hand issues, great for variable terrain and still allows one to walk using a Nordic walking technique on flat surfaces. Top of grip is ergonomically designed with a curved soft non-slip rubber shape that fits into your palm providing the option to comfortably grip the pole on the top.
