Description
- INGREDIENT BIN SHELVING KIT WITH 10 BINS – Mobile dry storage rack includes 10 clip-in ingredient bins in 3 sizes: (5) 40 cup, (3) 100 cup, and (2) 200 cup.
- 4-SHELF CHROME WIRE STORAGE RACK – Includes 4 chrome wire shelves rated for up to 600 lb. of evenly distributed weight per shelf, with a total capacity of 2,400 lb.
- CLIP-IN BINS WITH FLIP-TOP LIDS – Ingredient bins attach to the shelf base with included clips and feature lockable flip-top lids with clear windows for visibility and scooping access.
- MOBILE FIFO DRY STORAGE STATION – Designed for dry ingredient rotation and storage with (4) 5" locking casters for movement, cleaning access, and repositioning.
- ADJUSTABLE SHELVES WITH SCOOPS AND LABELS – Posts are marked in intervals for shelf adjustment; kit includes measuring scoops and ingredient labels with two blank labels for custom use.
