Barrel quality, location in the barrel house, and climate all influence how a whiskey matures. Age and maturity are factors in determining when a whiskey is ready, but the true test at the Jack Daniel Distillery is taste. The brushed chrome lighter features the Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 logo in lustre etch and the barrels of whiskey maturing in the barrel house in color imaging, and is packaged in a custom gift box. This sixth lighter of the series is limited to 4,777 pieces. #7 The Cave Spring at Jack Daniel's Hollow This is the seventh and final lighter in a series of Zippo lighters depicting scenes from Lynchburg, TN, home of the Jack Daniel Distillery. The Cave Spring, perfect for making good whiskey, flows clear and cool at a constant temperature. A statue of Jack Daniel, erected in 1941, keeps a watchful eye on the Cave Spring, source of every single drop of Jack Daniel's whiskey.
