Description
- Fits 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ and 1997-2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ
- Installation of these eliminators will relocate the shock mounting point by approximately 1"
- Converts the upper bar pin mount to a double shear mounting bracket
- New bracket properly pre-loads the upper shock bushing to eliminate clunking
Most XJ owners are well aware of the troublesome bar pins on the upper rear shock mounts. They can make a clunking noise as the bushings shift on the pin. If the shocks need to be removed, the bolts are almost guaranteed to break. Fix it permanently with these bar pin eliminators and forget about it.
