The aFe Power Stage 2 Sealed Intake System in testing, resulted in 7 horsepower and 14 lbs. x ft. torque and out flowed the factory intake by up to 88%. Fully enclosed in a roto-molded plastic housing; this air intake system features a washable/reusable conical air filter that improves airflow for increased horsepower and torque. The housing features an auxiliary inlet duct for increased air volume as well as an attractive black powder-coated cover that provides ready access to the filter for servicing. This intake system also features a heat-insulating roto-molded plastic tube that replaces the stock intake tract and directs increased airflow with improved volumetric efficiency for maximum performance. The filter is constructed with 100% polyurethane for long life and multiple cleaning cycles. Sealed Intake Design: A completely sealed roto-molded plastic housing with a black powder-coated top keeps warm engine air out and allows for a cooler, fresher, denser air intake charge. Roto-molded Dyno-Tuned Intake Tube: This System uses a C.A.D designed, dyno-tuned, roto-mold intake tube to achieve maximum power gains while maintaining a perfect fit. Auxiliary Air Scoop: The sealed housing features an auxiliary air inlet scoop that allows for increased air volume into the intake for increased performance and improved throttle response. Huge 7" Tall Conical Air Filter: This intake utilizes a huge, 7" conical Pro Dry S performance air filter for increased performance. This 3-layer progressive, synthetic material air filter requires no oils and cleans with soap and water for maximum convenience.
