Michael Buble
Michael Bublé’s roller coaster ride of relatsionships

For the first time in more than two years, jazzy, blues singer Michael Buble releases another hit album featuring his typically breezy covers and two original tracks. The Crazy Love album, like the first three, was an instant success.

Taking pop songs and tweaking them with his jovial and jazzy style, the album features ‘Cry Me a River’, ‘You’re Nobody Till Somebody Loves You’, Georgina On My Mind’ and Van Morrison’s popular ‘Crazy Love’ after which the album is named. ‘Haven’t Met You Yet’ was the first single to be released and features original lyrics written by Bublé, Alan Chang and Amy Forster.   Rumours abound that the album was influenced by breakup with actress Emily Blunt last year, and traverses the roller coaster that is a relationship from beginning to heartbreaking end. The album ends with a haunting version of ‘Stardust’ performed with the acapella group Naturally 7 – a fitting end for the end of a relationship.   Yet hope abounds as the tracks remain lively and upbeat, so much so that, not even the melancholy of the ‘Twilight Saga: New Moon Soundtrack could knock it off number one on international charts. The son of a salmon fisherman from British Columbia lives up to the expectations that his first three great selling albums have created.
