games
Wii is home
console video game released by Nintendo, as a
seventh-generation console, the Wii primarily competes with Microsoft's
Xbox 360 and Sony's PlayStation 3. A distinguishing feature of the
console is its wireless controller, the Wii Remote, which can be used
as a handheld pointing device and detects movement in three dimensions.
Another distinctive feature of the console is WiiConnect24, which
enables it to receive messages and updates over the Internet while in
standby mode.
The Wii games are more of realistic game play than any other consoles
with exciting games like; Wii bowling, this ultra-realistic accessory,
allows you to mimic all the critical motions a ‘striking’ performance
requires. This Wii peripheral is the first of its kind to be fashioned
after an authentic bowling ball, turning your wii-mote into the optimum
performance-enhancing accessory. Give your Wii Fit aerobic workout an
extra boost with the Multifunctional Aerobic Step Platform for the Wii
Fit Balance Board. This platform elevates your Wii Fit Balance Board to
a full 4 inches, a standard height for actual step aerobics.
Not all Wii games are about you exercising, just like other consoles
you can enjoy variety of know games like super Mario In Mario
Kart Wii, players choose a character from a roster consisting
of up to 24 characters and from 36 vehicles, separated into three
different weight classes. A character's weight decides the available
types of karts and motorbikes, and their performance on the tracks.
Each vehicle has seven different parameters for characteristics: speed,
weight, acceleration, handling, drift, off-road, and mini-turbo. Mario
Kart Wii includes 32 different tracks, including 16 new tracks,
four tracks each from Mario Kart 64, Mario Kart: Double
Dash!! and
Mario Kart DS, and two each from Super Mario Kart
and Mario Kart: Super Circuit, and up to twelve characters can
participate in a race. Players obtain items by driving through item
boxes, which can be used for either defense, offense, or for powering
up the engine.
